Current LLM models are highly skilled at carrying on natural human conversation, and even very impressive at formal writing. But many humans still find "LLM-speak" unnatural and overly polished — too polished, in fact.
That's not passing the Turing Test in spirit. That's just another form of unconvincing mimicry — a hurdle that AI has yet to overcome in its development toward fully "passing" as human. |
