We go inside and their spirit seems lifted. "Another day at work bros," one exclaimed. A small smile appeared on each one of their faced.

Above the door, there was a sign that said "Don't bring yo' girl' round here." They each tapped it as we walked in. Sort of like the signs in a hockey locker room. But the sign was set high enough where only a 6'3 bro can reach it. Given that they are all 6'3 and up, I couldn't reach it even when I jumped.

The worst part was that they all referred to me as his "kid brother" even though I'm older.

Anyway, we get to the office about 10am and at 11 no one has really started working but you can tell that the hangovers are wearing off. THen the pary begins.

Everyone there is slapping eachother high fives and eating from the catered food in the middle of the office. There was also a table of goodies. One of the cool things was a stack of Devils-Rangers Game 6 box seats for whoever wanted them--$1000 tickets stacked right in the middle of the room. There were also a lot of electronics, etc. (like xobox 360's, and Ipads). There was also a sign-in sheet for their tax refund program (for the bros who actually paid taxes toget a refund from the company).

Anyway, for the next hour the bros were just grunting and slapping high fives and tal;king about how awesome last night was. Finally, this tall frat bro that looked like he could play WR for the Giants came out and had a tray full of shots. I seriously said, "What the fuck?"

Everyone started yelling and taking shots. High fiving eachother and the DJ started spinning. Yes, a fuckin DJ.

I asked my brother: "How do you guys get work done?" After all, these are big financial deals with some of the biggest companies in the world. He responded: "These deals basically work themselves out."

Then the boss came out and I thought he would be pissed. But he yelled, "Everyone on this side of the room is going to the Carribian this Memorial Day weekend, everyone on that side is going to the Virgin Islands."

Everyone cheered and started partying. I sat there is shock at how credited these people's lives are. One dude standing at 6'4 claimed that he banged my GF while they were in college (pump and dumped). Anotehr said, "Hey [HBS bro], your little bro's GF is hot, bring her around next time." My bro tried to calm them down and told them to cool it--he's a pretty 180 guy.

Then as everyone was getting ready to leave work, the boss called my bros name. He then tossed him the keys to a brand new 2012 m class. Jesus christ these guys have the credited life. LOL at our "profession."
