Everything with his mom felt like her way of coping with his really really bad phenotype and not accepting it.
Getting anywhere near his uncle seemed like the worst idea possible. Somehow the uncle went extremely insane, Dbdr did practically nothing, and Law Enforcement and Judges are involved. Why not max out a credit card and sleep in a motel for like 5 days for a few hundred $ while seeing if he get the job rather than hanging out with an insane uncle? Why don’t YouTube commenters give him actionable advice?
After all of that talk about his uncle it’s bizarre he stayed with him. Just Interview for the job and gtfo. I think he’s “used to” having older adults dramatize him sucking and he sought it out in a way.
If we’ve ever caught Dbdr being delusional it’s the whole $80,000k truck driver job 1000 miles away that he was somehow a shoo-in for. He’s not even good at driving a truck. Maybe there never was a job. |

He also once said that a girl on a dating app matched with him to say he looks just like the main character in Ratatouille...and he is now apparently hugely fat.
So I can see people just being like "this dumb mute fuck who looks like shit and (probably) smells bad needs to gtfo." It's fucked up, obviously, but that's my read. He recently said his IQ tested at 90 back in the day, but he also does have a gift for telling a story and a good "voice for radio."
He should really do a GoFundMe or a Patreon or whatever. He'd bring in decent money. Though I respect him for not just grifting, even if it is to his detriment. |

I can’t reconcile the amount of attention he gets. Like sometimes fuckups and drug addicts get a lot of Attention but usually if they also have 7.5+” dicks and their risk taking is subconsciously seen as a proxy for Courage or something. If a Low Loser Loses enough and can pay his rent family just delete his number and hope he goes away. But dbdr is the Center of Attention. |

His mom is probably telling endless Lies about him behind his back. I can’t reconcile the tone of those conversations before he stayed with the uncle, then him going anyway, and the whole stay somehow lasting for many days.
The looking at college websites thing was funny af like an inverse AJ Soprano laughing on the computer scene.
Losers and Low Losers especially need to gtfo of these situations. Him sucking so much gives them cognitive dissonance and makes them want to Ruin him even more.
If there’s a version of this where he’s just insane and doesn’t tell the whole truth, the tells are the landlord situation (being appalled at the State of his rental), the 80,000k job that probably never existed bc it seems like he doesn’t go into detail about it, and Seeking Out family who want to Destroy him.
Anyway he should find a warehouse or other labor job again but one that pays enough to not need any family help whatsoever. Driving truck is good in theory but seems like he sucks at it plus it makes him fat. Idk how he’s supposed to get laid. Maybe go on the internet and post that he’s 6’ and see what happens.

You are prob on the money that his mom has just been telling his uncle all sorts of insane shit about him which led to being put in the home.
I think the 80,000k job is probably some shit like "up to 80,000k" with starting comp way lower.
I agree that he should do a warehouse or labor job again. And he should open up memberships or a Patreon. Just working a warehouse job alone would give him tons of content for his channel. |
