Quickest way to do this is to divide the first year salary by the social security taxable wage base for that year:

In 2007 (when they first raised to $160,000): 160/97.5 =1.641

In 2026: 235/184.5 =1.274

So first years are paid roughly 30% less than they were in 2007. HTH.
