But it will be interesting. My understanding is that the reason that male drivers earn more is because the best time to drive for Uber is when the bars close, and female drivers don't want to let a bunch of drunk randos into their cars. If female drivers suddenly start earning significantly more than their male counterparts once this change goes into effect, the male drivers might have a case. In addition to women being able to request a woman driver, you should be able to filter for drivers with ‘tags’ for interests similar to your own so that the chit chat with your driver is less awkward.
