Hard hustle for 2 years and then try to get some soft tissue mva cases. Slowly move out of custody and family law bullshit as much as possible. Criminal stuff would just happen because my clients would fuck up, and I’d learn that as I go until I made enough to hire some chump to take that work along with the custody crap. Settle every broke ass divorce case. Focus on developing PI. Score a hit. Spend all income on advertising the PI result. Start anew with PI focus but with enough assets to carry me for a year. Settle two bigger cases over 12 mos with income greater than family law bullshit. Repeat. Beg for pi cases from anyone I ever worked with and share fees. Build it up.
