Date: August 28th, 2026 6:51 PM Author: German pumo The Israelis were very complimentary of the fight the Jordanians put up in Jerusalem and the Syrians did in the initial assaults on the Golan Heights in 1967. They killed hundreds of Israeli troops, including elite paratroopers.
But an orderly retreat doesn't seem to be part of the Arab soldier's mentality. Once they started moving backwards, it almost always turned into a rout- including with the same soldiers who had just fought bravely in their fixed positions. |

Their officer positions are handed out based on political power and influence and if things look bad they run. Once they run their troops run too, especially since once the officers are gone no one will help them and they'll be written off as dead. I think long term the Israelis totally fucked because a) they're losing support in the US and have already lost it in the rest of the world, b) I agree that the quality of people there is declining (the best people leave) and c) a lot of what they have built up is VERY susceptible to shit like drones (this is already causing them to get bogged down in S. Lebanon).

Idk much about this internal struggle, but I read that the guy who is going to replace Bibi is even more against these groups. If I were Israeli I would absolutely hate them (they're a huge drain on everything and contribute very little, plus they're very entitled). Most ridiculous videos coming out of Israel (spitting on nuns, some crazy settlers attacking kids, etc.) all involve these groups. They also breed like rabbits while being poor and dumb, which I think is a major factor in the demographic upheaval in Israel. |
