The vehicle belonged to a power department SDO, who was not inside at the time. Police said the SUV was turning at a highway cut when the truck swerved to avoid it, struck the divider, lost balance, and toppled. The crash was caught on CCTV. Rescue crews took about 30 minutes to clear the wreckage, while traffic was disrupted for nearly 3 hours. The truck driver fled and a search is underway. |
