My normal routine to prepare for anal sex is to have two enema’s. The first is in the morning, to clean myself from the day before. Combining this with my morning shower helps keep everything neat and clean. During the day, I only have a little light, easy to digest food like a little yogurt or gummy bears. I mostly drink water, lots and lots of water. Usually I’m horny enough to suppress my hunger.

Then, a couple of hours before the anal session, I take a second enema, using lots of water to make sure everything is squeaky clean. I also use a dildo to stretch and relax my anus.

I’ve been using this routine for years and have only had “problems” a couple of times.
