Effective immediately, Norwood scores are now visible in the org chart. This update supports our ongoing client presence initiatives.

Going forward, scores will be used to prioritize client meeting assignments. Those at NW2 or below will be first-call for in-person presentations. NW3+ team members will continue to add value in supporting roles until consultation pathways are complete.

Please ensure your score is current. If you believe your score has been entered incorrectly, contact HR with dated photographs (front, crown, temporal) for reassessment.

As a reminder, the Q2 Istanbul cohort still has availability.
