And 70k-(23k+17k) I can put in as after tax with immediate roth conversion. Does it mean I can covert that into regular roth without any additional tax after I leave my job? I.e. that pretax 40k also saves on capital gains plus will be tax at lower tax rate in the future. Roth only saves me on capital gains.
