AI wizards, r there specific tools and things i can use to make my AI use better

are there other tools that are must haves? |

in my above example, ai knocked it out of the park once i had retrieved all the files myself. i want an ai agent to do that portion of the labor as well. give it credentials for the utility companies and let it handle the 2x year payment emails that go out to the tenants without any intervention on my part. |
