I'd say very much so given my own biases, but it really depends on what issues you have with AAA gaming and what set of problems you have (or think you might have) with indie games. AAA games are still just fine for plenty of people. There are tons of indie games that not only met my expectations, but exceeded them, so when I read "have their own set of problems" I instantly think, "What problems?"
