A lot of jurisdictions have “anti-SLAPP” suit laws that protect politically-oriented speech. They’ll have to show she acted with malice. Malice can be shown with evidence that she knew what she was saying was false. If she’s genuine, you can’t argue that. Their suit will probably still survive motions to dismiss because I’m sure they’ll be able to argue that she acted recklessly (it’s relatively easy to investigate and find out she’s a woman). Macron sued on 23 nits in the story rather than on "but i am a biological woman." interesting decision. Macron won but the appellate court just reversed. |

the authors are unapologetic and have not backed down one bit. i always treated the theory as insane but who knows .... |
