Why I am switching from Nightjob to Day job

My nightjob 7on/14off (122 shifts) makes just 10% less than day job of 38weeks*5days =190shifts. If I want to max my income which is what I did this year, I can work 60extra days during time off at the same rate as day job, then my total salary is 25-30% higher. But I can get the same result by working day job +moonlight 5-9pm 100days/yr. 190 shifts either way but no nights, no weekends. And if I don't do anywhere close to 100extra shifts then my day job is very easy. But nightjob will never be easy it's being tired 150days/yr.
Basically staying in my night job is like staying to work for some small business because "boss is a nice".
