Precise targeting is difficult if the drone comes in from too high at night. They seem to whiff a lot of those and I'm sure it's because input lag doesn't let them send controls to the drone in time. The fiber optic ones must feel incredible in comparison, and you never see them miss. A lot of times they stay parked along the road like an IED and then suddenly spring up and hit the cab of a truck
