Historically, Persia had a MOBILE CAPITAL that moved around to different cities, and there's already a push to build an entirely new capital city west of Tehran or move it to any number of other existing cities. So if Tehran gets nuked it will only ensure one of these other projects gets greenlit, and in the meantime Israel will have long since been nuked to ashes.
