on the teleprompter he is superb. when he has a strong speech writer and can deliver from a teleprompter, he's going to impress the audience and the electorate. but, oddly, nothing he says in that mode has much sticking power. his most famous phrase likely will be "if you like your plan, you can keep your plan." |
