UPDATE: I think there's equal likelihood the opinion goes to Kav. I can see Roberts giving it to him for two reasons:
1. Kav likes to dig into executive orders. It's his thing.
2. It would give Kav an opportunity to redeem himself among shitlibs. If he looks like he "owned Trump" the death threats might cease.

tough call ... but my speculation is that Trump's EO will be struck down and the opinion will preserve room for legislative action for denying BRC to children of illegals and birth tourism.
