listen butterball, i didnt say anything about your grill or technique, which i am impressed with considering you must have shrek like ogre paws. but you see those knife groove marks on your board in the first pic? you are dulling your knives unnecessarily. where do you think the plastic went that was carved out? thats right, straight to your belly, lardy.
go buy a slab of maple for cutting. but if you insist on plastic aesthestics, this line of cutting boards is made of compressed paper and is an excellent compromise to avoid microplastics. maha.
