You setup an online trade school and then you use your nursing home connections to sign up every 80yo in the place for HVAC and electrical classes. They can’t discriminate based on age. The tests are all online and you get paid before they never show up for their apprenticeship. It’s not even real fraud because the regs are written like garbage and all this shit is legal. My cousin married an ex-coke dealer who took his drug money and bought a medical billing business that helps all the dirty doctors with their fraud claims. He now owns nursing homes, a home health agency, runs staffing agencies for PT, occupational therapy and all the other at home services special ed kids get. Half the autism diagnosed is fake BS to get services for small kids and they fake bill like crazy then at kindergarten they are magically cured and ready to go to regular school.
