I mean if you’re talking about white collar jobs everything is pre-screened as fuck and you’re getting a relatively Pious af group of people who Preemptively Flatter their superiors in ways that no one asked for. Also they’re probably backstabbing you. Like you’re sitting at your desk using Microsoft word while some Partner-Track idiot talks shit about you.
It’s one way that labor has been deprived of bargaining power. The Lowest T professions like pharmacists and Curators have been put over a barrel. Extremely high GPAs (doctor) IQ (T14 LSAT), or Proles who dgaf (Nurses), have done fine. If your colleagues come into work every day and are like “how can I do nothing while ingratiating myself to my superiors?” YOU’RE going to have a bad time. |
