Back in the 80s there were still a lot of German girl singers singing songs with the traditional sentimental German "Heimatlieder" sound. Now they are all but extinct- a girl would be laughed at for singing like this today.
Not only is Germany letting a bunch of foreigners in, they aren't even trying to protect their traditional culture. |

This traditional sound isn't really for me. But I'm not German. And I do think it's a tragedy that culture and aspirations are being globally homogenized. We're barreling towards enslavement and aren't just welcoming it with open arms, were forcing it on to one another through social media |
