Because they keep getting caught using data sets they aren’t supposed to use to train their models. It’s a useful tool for generating a template or a set of forms, but much less useful for actual work product unless/until the Legal software automation companies stack their own products on top and also get agreements from all the model companies for uncapped liability for claims that result from unauthorized training. It knew too much about antitrust law and the identities of antitrust lawyers who aren't exactly public figures. It was really pushy in its arguments too. It told me where one of Google's lawyers went to law school and exactly what year he graduated, and that's when I lost it and stopped using every other LLM.
