I was food poisoned in Thailand

Had absolutely 0 alcohol that entire day. Right after dinner felt like stomach was full and wouldn't even want to drink water. Felt cold/chills. Tried to puke but couldn't. Eventually went to sleep and woke up being able to puke all the digested shit. I.e. everything came out only from the mouth. Next day my head felt heavy like as if I had alcohol poisoning.
