people act as if they are principled conscientious objectors and theyre only not a blackstone exec because of that. anyone that participates in gc, which is almost everyone, is culpable to some extent. we could all move to the wilderness like ted k but choose to enjoy a gc life instead.
being that she's a blackstone re exec i bet she profoundly sucked. but prejudging her to the point of celebrating her murder is gross. remember that these people would also celebrate the murder of most here who work umc white collar jobs serving gc.
at what level of gc employ does a persons murder shift from tragedy to laudable? why not the server in the blackstone cafeteria? why not everyone here who invests and profits in gc? everyone here is just as much of a knowing participant as she was.
this is the equivalent of watching combat footage and hooting at the carnage. ironically done by non-revolunaries from their gc screens enjoying gc luxuries. if a bangladeshi murdered your family because you wore nikes knowing they were produced by cruel slave labor, would you celebrate that? |
