Hmmm
How much is umbrella policy … and am I just buying a lawsuit by buying one
I have commercials what not but it’s all local and just dumb get your name out there stuff any realtor would do I’m not a target
But maybe umbrella policy is appropriate in the next couple of years

I bought a used rental car a few years back and had great luck with it.
People claim that renters "beat the hell out of the car" but I think the reverse is true - plus the car has actually been regularly cleaned and serviced - and if it was a lemon Enterprise would've sent it back.
It's sort of wild to me that none of the used car companies really offer a meaningful warranty.

Having worked here, I wouldn’t do it. You might find a diamond in the rough, but I wouldn’t risk it. Yes, the vehicles are serviced on a meticulous schedule. BUT, enterprise makes sure that they don’t overpay for ANYTHING. The cheapest tires, oil, parts, you name it. OEM? Forget about it. Plus, the way that they wash and clean these vehicles is heinous. Proper washing practices of the paint to avoid scratches? Ha! Gentle chemicals used on interior surfaces to avoid permanent stains? No way man! Hell, most cars (especially Toyotas) never have the floor mats installed, so by the end of the rental life their carpets are torn to shit.

OP will get some LINGLONG tires
Enterprise is the low cost leader for a reason...
For instance, they will have a Mercedes Benz (or other high end car like an Alfa-Romeo, Maserati, Land Rover) that's due for it's Preventative Maintenance sit for as long as 4 days in their shop, not being rented, while the "shop manager" with no previous auto shop management experience tries to keep within his budget and searches Ebay and Amazon for a $20 aftermarket Chinese oil filter, rather than going to the dealership and paying $50 - 80 for an OEM oil filter. Cars that need antifreeze and windshield washer fluid are instead given straight tap water. And despite the fact that location managers can get dinged for not servicing the cars according to schedule, there are LOTS of times that a renter extends their rental period, and some car miss their PM service by as much as 5-6,000 miles!
Replacing worn tires with name brand tires like Goodyear or Bridgestone? No way! Enterprise buys their tires from companies that sell and deliver tires on a daily basis with names like LingLong, DoubleStar, Giti, and Sailun. These tires are made in China, Thailand, and Vietnam and their quality is subpar compared to an American made tire.
Cars like Chargers, Challengers, Mustangs and even Camrys are beat to sheet by renters, and frequently need their driven tires changes on a 10,000 mile schedule. In closing, I'd never, ever purchase a used car from Enterprise.
