this makes them far better caretakers than men but very unlikely to innovate or lead. a woman would never drop out of school like plenty male innovators did because they'd be worried about lacking a credential and the consensus might not believe she possesses the skills and knowledge she does. men are far less likely to care if people think they don't have some knowledge or skill when they do, whereas this makes women irate. and when a man is challenged hes more apt to prove it ny demonstrating the knowledge or skill, whereas a woman is more likely to cite a credential.

thats because the credential is the social acknowledgment of something, and women are adherents to the social consensus, so that's superior proof even if an uncredentialed person demonstrates superior mastery. men are results oriented are far more likely to rely on their own logic than societys.

note that while this makes men much more likely to turn out like musk or trump that repeatedly overcame long odds, its also the reason men commit more crime (antisocial behavior), believe conspiracies, and die in darwin awards fashion.
