AMD kills them too if you have more than 2 monitors. They are getting shit on by Intel in the desktop area all of a sudden, and it's not just on the CPUs but the whole architecture. AMD can't get on dat PCI 5.0 tip fast enough. They also need a new hole to fit their chips into, and their existing chips won't run in whatever they put out that claims to compete with Intel. You can either spend $1500 on Intel + Nvidia (or maybe even an AMD GPU since they're not bad), or you can buy a $500 AMD chip that plays games the same or better. |
