My cousin, who is Jewish, is in shitlaw and said that even though there are lots of Jews (including Jewish partners), there is an unwritten rule not to have a conversation about your shared jewishness. I can only assume it's because of the stigma about jews dominating the field and that you don't want to look cliquish
Has this been your experience?
