What do you do? TC? Education?
Races of everyone involved?
Is there a sense that you're all 'new money' in Tech and are fumbling around in the dark deciding what 2 do w ur $?

tamil or telegu?
and whats the reality of the pajeet question in SV. i know 100% birdshit MAGAS are retarded but it's prob something in between. like truth is most non-kike Birdshits simply wont study STEM, the few smart ones go to MBA or JD or even MD. so the reality is i imagine in SV there are veddy few qualified non-kike birdshits
true?

no one wants to work for pajeets
pajeets game their way to credentials but aren't actually intelligent
once a pajeet is in your org, they will eventually bring on board more of their kind + hire external pajeets
pajeets are transactional and have no concept of a long game when it comes to relationships
they really are the worst of all races in sv

it's ai all the things right now, every fucking saas company is adding ai to their product. a year ago it was an upsell, but now it's table stakes and expected to be in the core offering. that, to me, suggests it's now just as foundational of a thing as cloud was.
as far as investing, my opinion is that there are tons of small/interesting ai companies that will be acquired for small/mid amounts of money, but because the teams are small the founders and key people will make out really well. i think early stage vc funds that invest small amounts spread across a lot of companies will end up having the best returns.
public co's, i have no clue. i sold pltr at 10 so...i'm an idiot.

I’m neither. Indians are definitely gaming the system, the nepotism is off the charts, some of it is inevitable due to the critical mass, but other practices like feeding the interviewees questions, picking Indian when all things equal are egregious. Tech has turned into a racket, and Indians are soft style parasites. There are two types of Indians in Tech, those who have gone thru a MSc in the US (and even worse those that have gone thru an L1) and work on CRUD applications (the coolie work) and then those who work in actual hi tech, with phds ldeveloping chips, latest algorithms, etc. the latter have my respect, the former are a net long term drag on the US and are cheating Americans with $100k+ in debt out of a livelihood.
Smart whites do go into high tech, but also go into medicine/ law and avoid CRUD shops due to the culture/ lack of job satisfaction/ desire for higher pay, and flat out rejection due to H1B nepotism. H1B needs massive reform but I’m not sure the damage is reversible in Tech. You have Indians with retarded cultural instincts that have seeped into middle and higher management. Everyone dreads working for an Indian boss, Indian Americans, H1B Indians, everyone.

Burlingame is good
Millbrae is good if you’re Chinese
The really rich people in those towns (particularly the ones along 280 like Woodside, Hillsborough, expensive parts of Menlo Park) send their kids to private which is otherwise fairly uncommon in the Bay Area outside of the handful of straight white families still in SF and people who insist upon living in the Oakland Hills.

CRUD can be a lot of things, and there are fiefdoms of jeet crudders even in the big companies that do interesting technical work
For ex: a few years ago I interviewed with amazon (normally I ignored their recruiters but this one specifically mentioned that it was for a non AWS role so at least I wouldn't have been signing up for an instant PIP)
I got past the interview rounds pretty easily but still had not been told what team I was interviewing for until the day of the final panel interview. The "product" this team owned was that when you finish a kindle book the OS automatically shows you recommendations for like 5 other books to buy instantly based on your history. They have to pull your history from a DB service they didn't design, add the one book you just finished, send a request to a recommendation service they also didn't design, display the results, and then publish the updated history back to the DB service
It would take one single competent engineer to build this and maintain it for all future platform updates, and yet somehow they had a team of 9 indians working full time on it that needed to hire even more engineering talent. I told the hiring manager that the ad thing was the single worst part of owning a kindle and that I absolutely never let my paperwhite off airplane mode specifically because of him, and am now probably blacklisted from AMZN
edit: not blacklisted, just got AWS recruiter spam 10 minutes after posting this
