Don’t really agree with the causation here.
A lot of guys who are like “oh no I need to go home exactly on time! I need to be with my kids more and hold my wife’s hand! Maybe WFH I have two little ones at home!” Are more likely the lower T guys as it is.
The ones who are building businesses and never home are more likely High T.
