i doubt it. and since the SCT isn't necessarily bound by precedent there could be the significant back and forth as to whether stare decisis should be honored, whether it should be altered, whether it should be overruled completely, etc.

it's all the same and i don't think anyone *really* knows the sort of stuff your asking
