you need a program of total poor-white and black mandatory physical fitness and diet. Totalitarian control over what kind of food gets offered to them and how they spend their free time. You need to march them up and down the street and make the boys do pull ups, etc.

If the elite had any nobless oblige, they would do it. But again, they hate these people, never have to see these people, and can afford the insurance payments for all the medical interventions, social services, and funerals.
