E.g. I’ve seen libs claim it’s DEI that conservative federal judges prefer to hire conservatives for clerkships, as if conservatism weren’t a bona fide requirement of the job! Perhaps they think employers are practicing DEI for college graduates or DEI for people without a criminal record.

PSA for libs: when a country restricts the usual privileges of citizenship to citizens only, that is not DEI, that is simply the entire point of a “country” existing. DEI is when there is discrimination between citizens on the basis of anti-white racial hatred under the guise of combatting non-existent discrimination or obtaining as-yet-unexplained “diverse perspectives.”
