Overall Germany will have a slightly right of center moderate government, likely with a coalition between the CDU/CSU and the SPD and Greens. Not much different than what they have now.

I do think there will be two major changes, though:

1. A much more energetic and alpha chancellor in Friedrich Merz. Scholz is an aspie loser (rach should offer him a password) whose sole personal conviction involves vague notions of caution and prudence. Merz is a borderline cocky millionaire former executive who actually has some testosterone running through his veins. And he seems to have genuine conviction in favor of supporting Ukraine and opposing Russia. So I think he will embrace being seen as the leader of a newly independent and strong Europe. Macron would like that as well, but he's a term-limited lame duck with a completely divided political scene back home. In Germany, there's not a huge amount of daylight between the CDU, SPD and Greens and I expect them to close ranks.

2. Germany is almost certainly going to get rid of their constitutional debt limitations, which will open up the possibility for a lot more spending and debt-created economic growth. I expect Germans will get addicted to this artificial prosperity just like we have and start taking on more and more debt. But given their low debt to gdp ratio, they are basically where we were in the 1980s so they have a long way to go before they max out their credit cards.

No, and there was never any chance of them having it. They have one and only one path to power and that's the CDU deciding to make a coalition with them. Was never going to happen this election, but I can see it happening in the next election in 2029 if things continue to shift right there. Austria has allowed their version of the AfD to lead coalitions, and the world didn't end (and neither did illegal immigration). So no reason in theory why it can't happen in Germany- I expect it to eventually.
