i get the joke, but the WH has needed this for a century.
comparison:
"The renovation project of the Federal Reserve headquarters is currently estimated to cost $2.5 billion, according to the Federal Reserve Board. This figure has been a point of contention, with President Trump claiming the cost has reached $3.1 billion, according to news sources. The Fed has stated that the increased cost is due to tariffs and rising material and labor costs."

What do you expect him to do? Live in squalor and filth? Governor mansions are 180. Did you know that New Bern, NC was the first capitol of North Carolina and what it took to get a governor's mansion?
William Tryon was a British officer and colonial official who served as the governor of North-Carolina from 1765 to 1771. Tryon had seen the need for a centrally located Government House while lieutenant governor. After assuming office Governor Tryon worked with architect John Hawks to draw up plans for a government house similar to other British colonial structures of the time.[1] In December 1766, the North Carolina legislature authorized £5,000 for the building of an "Edifice".[1]
Tryon told the legislature that the sum was not substantial enough for the plans he and Hawks had created; building it "in the plainest manner" would cost no less than £10,000 without including the outbuildings he envisioned.[1] Hawks agreed to supervise the construction for three years and went to Philadelphia at Tryon's behest to hire workers; Tryon said native North Carolina workers would not know how to construct such a building.[1] Tryon was able to convince the legislature to increase taxes for the house.[1]
In 1770 Tryon and his wife, Margaret Wake, moved into the Palace; at the time, "palace" was a standard word for any public building of this type.[1] The house was "a monument of opulence and elegance extraordinary in the American colonies."[1]

Just do cut Medicaid to fund tax cuts to billionaires then have those same billionaires give you $200 million back for you to skim from and take your cut

How long until his first million dollar ticket White House ballroom party?
How long until membership in Junior’s Georgetown club gets you an invite to the venue?
