is enough to crash Wikipedia. Everything they think the customer wants is something no law firm wants, and they don't know why. They draw up plans for services everyone but lawyers will use.

Conversely, lawyers who are branching out into this space only know what tools the developers are advertising right now. "An AI that can check its citations against Westlaw's database? WOW!" "A context window big enough to skim 15,000 pages of discovery responses? AMAZING!" "It's SOC2 and HIPAA compliant? HOLY SHIT!"
