It's like an alternate geography, of a nonexistent city that feels *recognizable* within the dream experience, and then I enter this creepy labyrinth-like shape-shifting 'shopping mall' type area that I get lost in, like it's a composite of early childhood memories of feeling overwhelmed and directionless within strange indoor environments (buildings, shopping malls, confusing hallway networks, etc), recalled from when I accompanied my mother to different places at age 3. The dream's mood is a feeling of eerie unending vastness that has no equivalent in my actual life. I really dislike it |
