Why would you want to die that way when you could fly to Syria or Ukraine (2021 update: Ethiopia [civil war], Mexico [to hunt cartels]). and die in combat, with experiences most first world men will never have?
If you really want to die, then you've gotta have some fun on the way out.
0 to lose? OK, here's your plan:
1. Run a well coached steroid cycle or two with a powerbuilding program, become monstrous. Need amazing diet and good workout programming to maximize this, and you should be doing light cardio daily with heavy cardio at least 3 days/week. Also start working on/refining basic marksmanship. I can provide you a guns and gear list if you're going to Mexico; otherwise, you're best off picking something up locally.
2. PCT and work on learning rudimentary language and geography (either Kurdish/Arabic and Middle Eastern geography, Ukrainian language and geography, French language and African geography, Spanish and Mexican geography/cartel history and intel).
3. Cardarine, cardio, and lots of weapons training (especially doing CQB work, battle drill familiarization, and studying everything you can find on small unit tactics and urban combat).
4. When you're done with the cardarine cycle and your cardio / gun fu is solid, fly to Syria or Ukraine to fight, fly to France and join the FFL, or illegally cross into Mexico with your guns and gear.
That's 4 months for step 1, six weeks for step 2, two months for step 3. Don't forget to keep lifting and eating well this whole time.
Eight months to max out your combat effectiveness, then go play call of duty irl
I would give you a curriculum for everything except the roids cycle (don't know enough) if you did this.

I’m not depressed to be honest, I just like the idea of some guy coming to that conclusion in op and writing it here
I stopped smoking weed (it’s feminizing and possibly gay), work out more with heavy bag to get any suppressed rage and anger out, don’t drink, take 180 supplements and eat healthy af with maybe the occasional ketamine reset at a therapeutic dose every few months and it works decently enough
My only real vice is this dance with caffeine and nicotine I’m having and it’s slowly tapering away
