Nothing too crazy and I was smart about billing, if you know what I mean.
This was during ITE so things were volatile.

1st - 1400 (fired/firm dissolved)
Got second firm six months later
2nd - 2600 (annualized, 1820 actual, but paid full bonus)
3rd first half - 1200
3rd second half - 250
Fired again at beginning of 4th, which was ITE.
I constantly felt like a pure shit associate who was learning nothing and would never be able to make a career as an M&A attorney. It wasn't until I talked to enough of my law school friends and acquaintances that I realized I just picked two really shitty firms.
