We're really sad all the time that she doesn't care about us. She never returns anybody's calls. You have to call her for a month before she picks up. It's just a sad story. She is a good person with a lot to offer who could easily get her life together but she's fully committed now to being a flake. Our father is a big enabler. He can't say no to her ever. Her attitude towards her family is that she doesn't really need us and that her weed friends are infinitely more important than any of her relatives. She will often cancel showing up to a holiday event because some friend rolled into town and she has to go get high with them ASAP.
