i don't have a steady access to adderall and i don't particularly enjoy the side-effects (crash, teeth grinding, the stankiest breath of all time b/c of dry mouth, insomnia, etc.).
i've hear there are some natural supplements that can help with focus. anyone here tried any? is it just a bunch of BS? i've heard of shit like lutein and other things that allegedly help. i am a distracted as fuck internet surfer that procrastinates i need something, even if its 90% placebo.
