"Project Management": career for INTJ types?

edit: "PMP Requirements To apply for the PMP, you need to have either:
A four-year degree (bachelor’s or the global equivalent) and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education."

I think it really just involves joining any large company and moving up the ranks with responsibility. that just sounds like a lot of time/effort, i dunno if i could just apply for these positions with a JD and no relevant experience in any area. |

I just searched for a bunch of PM jobs on Monster.com and you need at least 10+ years experience in a related area I have no interest in (often science or construction-related), and ultimately I don't think this is what I want to do. I guess the only solution if I don't want to do law is 'public policy' work and hiring for that seems really competitive and prone to budget cuts as well. Might as well just not fuck up with law.
