There's a real difference between being yourself (flaws and all) and putting shit on your online profile like IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE ALL OF ME, YOU DESERVE NONE OF ME.
People should always be themselves. They might not want to talk about their time in therapy or how they were bullied in high school on their first date, but they should always act as some version of themselves. Which includes flaws like talking too much, cursing, or whatever.
