I'm going to give you some advice you're not going to like.
Your endocrine system will be severely inhibited when you dip below a certain level of visceral fat, when you stay in a sharp caloric deficit for extended periods of time, and when you don't consume enough cholesterol. Test is literally synthesized from a base cholesterol molecule (as are all of your other androgens).
I don't know what your symptoms are, and I don't know your current diet and body composition, but my hunch based on your poasting corpus is that all of these things are probably deficient in some way (i.e. you are probably too lean and skinny, and not eating the right food for your endocrine system to produce what you need).
Ashwagandha is good; so are zinc orotate, vitamin D, folic acid, and DHEA. But none of those will help you if the other issues aren't fixed.

Increase your raw egg consumption (I like mixing them in shakes). Also your red meat consumption. Best sources of healthy cholesterol.
Supplements:
- 50mg Zinc Orotate
- 50,000 iu Vitamin D
- 400-800mg magnesium
- 250mg DHEA
- 250mg Tongkat Ali
- 1g Fadogia Agrestis
- 10mg boron
- 5g Ashwagandha
- 5g black maca
- 5g glycine
- 2g Korean Red Ginseng
take all of this daily, and take the glycine, zinc, and magnesium before bed. if this doesn't help, you're beyond supplements.

I need to update this thread, but evidence is mounting that Hegemon had the right idea with this. Not necessarily cholesterol but the "sharp caloric deficit for extended periods of time" -- as I have gradually transitioned into caloric surplus, and resumed fueling my workouts properly with pre- and post-nutrition, my condition has improved notably and progressively.
Caveat, because my diet is very low fat in general and has been for years, reducing calories to that level over that duration reduced dietary fat commensurately, and my intake probably was critically low -- probably had an outsized impact on the hormonal issues. I am now making sure to hit a minimum daily dietary fat intake, which is still low, but I believe it's above a healthy minimum
I feel like I could write a god damn book on the experience of gradually becoming a different person in a broken body.

Done a shit ton of research on this. Never had any low T issue that I’ve noticed but just generally getting older wanted to make sure I did what I could to boost. My cocktail:
Tongkat Ali
Ashwaghanda
Zinc
Magnesium
D3
Fadogia Agrestis (done this on and off)
One zero calorie iced tea per day (edit: I like the Pure Leaf Unsweetened because it has high caffeine content)
Edit: Ginseng too

This regimen has changed my life immensely. I have sustained tremendous willpower to work out and work hard professionally that’s fundamentally different from anything I felt before and it’s now going on 8 months so it’s not a flash in the pan. I look jacked but not unnaturally so, my sex drive is great, I have tons more energy. Either it works or it’s the strongest placebo effect you can imagine and frankly I don’t care either way.

Feeling a lot a lot a lot more like myself since starting this on Thursday. Could be placebo or the fact I ate a bunch Wednesday and Thursday but today I felt tired from working out but NOT like I'm living my life in a pool of quicksand. i actually think i've probably had it for many years but didn't realize it, and it started to get worse a year or so ago.
years ago i'd occasionally get pain in my perineum, but i didn't really think much of it. it would go away and i'd forget about it. no other symptoms.
the last two or three years, i noticed i would have difficulty starting a urine stream occasionally.
then a little over a year ago one morning i couldn't piss at all. my dick hurt, my perineum hurt, and i couldn't piss or even shit.
it got better, but it will still come and go to varying degrees, and would often be accompanied by stinging when i pissed.
in the months that followed my libido tanked. i was having difficulty with erections and started using cialis on weekends. (which did help, and i believed help ease my other symptoms).
i realized around this time that i hadn't been getting morning wood for years.
as i did my research, i came across chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome, and it seemed to hit every symptom.
basically, i do a lot of sitting for my job, and i internalize stress, and have a habit of tensing up unconsciously. over the years i thinking my pelvic floor muscles just kept getting tighter and tighter.
i'd go into more detail, but i'm writing quickly just to get a few things out before i have to leave for a meeting. anyway, i don't want to get a prostate exam, so i've been putting off seeing a doctor, but i figure i better suck it up and get it done and see if there's medication i can take. i also want to get my T levels checked to see if that's contributing to my low libido.

Testosterone results from my blood work last week came in today.
Taking a risk by posting this: the reading is shockingly low. Jaw-dropping. If I posted the number I'd never live it down.
I know weight loss and fat loss reduce testosterone, and so does excessive cardio. But this seems extreme. And I do have some other weird symptoms, like the eye/neck/knee swelling. Maybe it's all from cortisol? I guess there's too much data now for it to be a coincidence. I hope with some therapeutic T and a guided strength/size program I will be back to normal in no time.

Update for my bros, testosterone retest came in at double the 1st test but still below ref range. Possibly on road to recovery.
At liver ultrasound, the sonographer couldn't do an evaluation obv but told me she expected me to be a repeat customer. However, doc said there's nothing abnormal. Some kidney bright spots. On the day of both exams I felt like absolute shit.
I've been on the holiday feast fest with fiancee that I'd been putting off my mass gain phase for. Go home tomorrow.
Two days ago was probably the worst day. After a couple days of force feeding delicious high salt high oil meals, I was very puffed up in the face and felt like I was dragging 15 extra lbs of water, not hydrated well and pissing orange. Exhausted with poor breathing due to swollen neck and jaw.
The day after was better and today I feel fuckin great. I've had some days off and some days in the gym but been fairly active with at-minimum low intensity movement each day.
Able to get an erection but desire is low and orgasms are still dry. Taking ashwaghanda, tongkat, and maca root daily. Had some white meat here and there incidentally with meals, and eating eggs and dairy now that advent fast is over

Recovery is slow but seems to be happening. Sex drive is still pretty much flatlined but seems to flare up when I want to procrastinate. Daily fat intake is way up, more than double where it was during my illness, including a tablespoon of EVOO or two added to meals on non fast days. I am also doing a lot more cardio however to balance this out calorically, which probably also attenuates the sexual health benefits.
Getting on a schedule where I try to ejaculate every ten days. Last attempt was productive but modest. Emission is like more yellowy-orangey in color than it was before I shut down, and it seems thicker in consistency. The process is totally passionless, I feel like nutella's husband, but the sensation is very pleasurable and the physical response seems to be normal again

5'8, 141.5 this morning; heaviest I've been since probably October. Targeting 145 for September
My calorie deficit during my illness was huge, and I was overtrained with a huge amount of "Junk volume" daily as well, including excessive cardio. However, I was eating a lot, and felt full all day from eating mostly vegetables and drinking lots of water. This deficit went on way, way too long to be healthy or productive.
Fat intake especially was low, which I think was a major contributor to hormonal abnormality over and above the general health deterioration in severity.
