As of today I'm owed about 4.5 million in attorneys fees going into the new year. By Jan 1 I should be owed about 5.5 million in attorneys fees. I also have two cases scheduled for trial in January with high 7 figure settlement potential and low/mid 8 figure verdict potential. So it should be a killer year. Some clients I’m comfortable not replenishing when it runs out because I know they will pay their bill, others I don’t trust and require replenishment.
