I'm eating like shit right now, I don't even want to know.
When I tracked some of this stuff though I was struck by just how goddamn hard it is to hit the consensus targets for putting on muscle mass without using protein supplements.
Like, a breakfast of 3 eggs and a large bowl of oatmeal cooked with milk is a pretty huge amount of food and fairly protein-heavy for breakfast fare, and yet it's 'only' like 40g of protein
