yes, people are stupid but they understand. its the cash-back rebate when you buy a car. its the pre-refund loan you get from shitty tax preparers.
buyers don't pay commissions, sellers do. borrower, who are almost universally barely able to buy the house they are trying to, want more cash.
sellers have an incentive if they can get more sales price which--they get cash at closing (less loans, costs).
there are a million things to say about shitty REALTORS (tm), but this is retarded. |

But I don't give a s*** really because in my neighborhood which is a retirement City basically, the number of homes coming on the market is a big multiple of the number of homes selling.. so I'm only like 13 days away from closing ..
man I'll be glad to get rid of that piece of s*** cuz the HOA won't even let me rent it.. and I got like $1,100 mortgage and HOA and utilities every month on that piece of s*** |
