I doubt clients are gonna turn away from Quinn because of some flaky juries. They still have a deep bench with lots of patent lawyers with tech backgrounds

Many of those at Skadden who had offers to join Quinn decided to stay. If you saw the internal e-mails about who actually came, it was the 2 partners, a bunch of "of counsel," and only TWO associates.

Quinn's whole model is general lit above all. That means IP people can be staffed on general lit when general lit is busy, just as it means non-IP people are thrown on IP cases when IP is busy.
